Bookshare's mission is to ensure that all individuals with print disabilities have equal and timely access to print materials.

The Venable Village Elementary School Library accommodates all members of our school and community in providing access to resources. Our library takes special measures to ensure that students with disabilities are granted ease and convenience when visiting for research, social activities or leisure reading. Additions to our services include an accessible circulation desk, books within easy reach to readers, and color computer monitors. It is our goal to allow all students to feel welcome and independent when using our services.
